tricky really. Julian did some work with us during the Bravo branding. I tell you what, call him out for a meeting and have visuals printed and pinned to wall of your meeting room as an unsubtle prod.
otherwise smack him in the teeth (he doesn't have any wisdom teeth and is susceptable to a knockout punch), change his website entirely and then place his unconscious body in front of his computer and let him wake up like he did the changes himself...
