AH HA!
Moth, yer a gem, a bloody gem! Thats done it, opened first time and all was good. Yeah there was a lot of crap in the libraries that was unneeded, exported the .swf from illy and was in the process of getting rid of the crap and updating images with smaller better ones. Marvellous!
Oh and as a text I opened up a 75 meg file that I had worked on before (don't even ask!) and it opened fine first time without even an issue about the memory. Very strange. But all good now!
