He saw my work in another publication and contacted me while I was on vacation in Mexico a few months back. That's not much help to you.
When I was first contacting magazines years ago, I looked in the mastheads for contact info. It's not always going to be there. Let's say you find that the AD's name is Bill Smith but no number or email address. Go online and do a search for or and try to find out their email naming protocol. I find it works more times than not. Hint: Epsn the Mag's email addresses end in "espn3.com" No one would ever guess that.
