Vinyl limits he audio frequencies you hear, kinda limiting for producers or audiophiles, Djs on the other hand will rant for hours about how its sounds way better with all those clicks and frying bacon sounds...

(Jul 13 06, 13:08)well... yes and no. many audiophiles still prefer the "warmth" of vinyl over CDs. a good cartridge can reproduce frequencies up to 22kHz, which is 2k above the upper limit of human hearing. it just kind of "rounds" it off a bit.
