If you only see the first billboard pic on the street i would say it comes off a bit rough. I mean the white model is holding the black models face as the black model looks up to her frightened and then you have the statement "white is coming". I mean how many people will see all the ads together. I am sure the creators of this ad took all this into consideration, this wasn't just a one second idea.
