Sorry to hear about that, bro. I don't have health insurance so I can relate.
This sounds absurd but trust me, desperate times call for desperate measures. Portland has a ton of strip clubs, and any attractive dancer will have numerous pharmaceutical reps as customers. Make friends with a dancer and have them give you a free sample pack of Amoxycillin or something similar. All you'll need is probably one five-day kit. This got me through three years of teaching.
