    Navy crepes (recipe from Grandpa, who was a cook on a Navy vessel during WWII).

    Crepes: makes 1
    1 egg
    1/4 flour
    1/3 cup milk
    1 pinch salt
    1/2 tsp vanilla

    Mix together and pour into a pan with melted butter, flip and top/fill with favorite fruit fillings.

    For fruit filling ideas;
    mix blueberries and sliced peaches together w/ honey in a pan, cook on med until bubbling hot.

    yummy and inexpensive, ladies love this after dinner too!
