How long is a piece of string?!
Some agencies will quote a lot, Indian coders on elance will quote $200, some freelancers will quote a lot, some not so much if they want the work.
How long do you think it would take you to make it?
It doesn't look massively complicated but I don't do flash so I don't know.
I suspect you'll get a lot of varying quotes so set yourself a rate for flash work and just figure out how long it will take you to do it.
