Send out an emergency email to the rest (like Jevad, since I thought he was really interested), and tell them to respond before the weekend ends. Also tell them that any points accumulated by players on their lists will not be counted until they actually submit their list.
Seems fair to me. Otherwise, you could have just a few members and go by the same order, just taking out the ppl who didn't submit their list (after another warning).
