    not to bring up another immigration subject... but that touchs on another issue - cuba.

    if a cuban makes it to american soil... literally landing on the beach - they get their free pass.

    that's unfair imho... i 'sorta' can understand it back during the coldwar days... but... eh... again... times are different.
