yep... I've got similar woes...
I hired someone to ocme and show me how to get started, set up the accouts etc. It's a great program in that it'll do all you want it to do, but it's not all that friendly as far as a proper work flow of client care. I also don't care for the way it tracks accounts, it lumps everything together in the 'accounts' section. It's a slow pick up, but I know people that have been using it to run their studio and love it and swear by it, so I stick with it in the hopes of it getting better.
