all of MP3 .com was a musc site based in Russia that had an amazing back catalogue of music (albums and soundtracks). there was a loophole in the broadcasting laws that meant you paid for bandwidth to listen to the albums but wen you did they became available to download - but the cost was roughly .5p per song at decent mp3 quality.
There has been an ongoing court case to close it down in this country and today I went on there and it said bad gateway....
.... but now, I looked again and it's back. So my explanation is - I am a tool.
