    At this time, I would like to pass along a friendly reminder that it may be time for you to place a refill order for one or more of your medications. You may also need a new prescription.
    Please call us at 1-800-891-0844 and one of our Customer Service Representatives would be happy to place an order for you. If possible, please refer to your customer number when calling as this will make it easier for us to look up your account. Your customer number can be found on your previous CanadaPharmacy.com invoice.

    For your convenience, refills should be ordered two to three weeks in advance of when you will begin taking the new supply of medication. This allows for processing and shipping times and prevents you from running out of your current supply before your refills arrive.

    We would also like to remind you that your prescription is only valid for one year from the date it was written by your doctor. Please order in advance of the expiration date in order to allow for processing times.
