Just dont drive too fast...leave earlier.
Wait till you've got kids and someone drives down your street like a crazy git and see how you feel then..
If you live in Europe and you still need to drive fast, just pop over to Germany and test your mettle on the autobahn. If you live in the US, just take comfort in the fact that you're paying about 1/3 the price for gas/petrol and get an SUV with a dvd player in, and coast from drive-thru to drive-thru, stuffing your face with $5 worth of Taco Bel.
