It's probably your powersupply.
Same thing happened to me a few summers ago, whereby a lightning storm killed my "computer," which was foolishly not protected by a surge protector.
If you have another computer in your house, you could try temporarily hooking the power supply (if it's specifications has enough power for your motherboard) to your motherboard, and booting it up to see if everything else is working.
That way, you don't buy a powersupply for nothing if everything else if friend too.
