The fucked up thing is that in today's paper, Peja was quoted as saying he wanted to play in Sac for the rest of his career, and that at the end of this year he was willing to take less money to re-sign wtih the Kings. And yet, he's been way too soft and inconsistent lately, and Artest will bring some inside tenacity, something they desperately need. In this respect it was a good deal, and Artest will initially turn things around and be on his best behvaior. I'm sure though that once things are happy and everybody is raving about what a great guy he is, he'll do something stupid out of nowehere and blow it for everybody. The guy is Mike Tyson mentally, I mean certifiably insane, and he'll show his true colors eventually, but I guess with the losing it was worth rolling the dice. He is a great player both offensively and defensively.
