    ok... i have the QP already, i was told to use regular mayo. sounds like i'll use Sriracha Chili Sauce since i don't have a mortar and pestil and i don't want to buy one. is this the suff?

    i think i saw some at the market when i was there.

    one last thing, do i need to buy frozen sushi prepped scallops or will fresh ones be ok?

    thanks guys!... anyone have any good sushi recipe's they'd like to share?
