Hey, I'm in a simular situation. I've been here for about a year and havent really found people to hang out with. I'm up for it, too.
Actuly, come to mention it, there's gunna be a costume party in Venice with a bunch of electronica stuff. I went to a non-costumed party and it was THE BEST. Free food, too.
