thanx for the info mitee. thought it was just me. almost moved to a new host. anyway, temporary fix for the email delays are to log into your webmail, fwd all your email to your gmail account. in gmail, go to settings>accounts and setup a new default email address (). At least the webmail will fwd your incoming mail ontime and you can now use gmail as your new webmail until they get the POP3 shit running correctly.
