    Can't you just move the files you're making available to a protected directory that can't be searched? Seems simple to me.
    If they can still get past this then I'd say that's trespassing more or less on private property.

    Notice this: "It appears that you are offering copyrighted music to others from your computer."

    While it also warns against downloading music, the simple solution seems to be to not make it available. Hide the directory, right?
