I've never had an enjoyable new years. Clubs are all heaving and bollocks, pubs want to fucking charge entrance fees, it's just shite. And what's to celebrate huh? The coming of January? Another whole year of work to pay off my grand debts? Misery. That's what I feel on New Years Day and it hangs about until April like a bad smell and all the overpriced, overfilled clubbing and tube strikes in the world wont help it.
No, I'm going to hide in my bed and wait for it all to pass.
