you could always go with Outlook (part of Office). It's also capable of being an Exchange client, so if you wanted to pay a bit more, you get an Exchange account (this is more for small business)... then you could have Public folders, Shared calendars, Shared address books, Outlook Web Access, Outlook Mobile Access, ActiveSync (synchronise with mobile devices)
