Toilet advertisement isn't necessarily bad bad. All advertisement can be good if it's done creatively – I once saw toilet paper samples in a public toilet just outside Paris.
You just grabbed a stack of different brands by the faucet before you entered the stall and tried them all. I only ran in for a number one so I didn't get a chance to try out wiping power but I felt like calling whoever came up with the idea and applaud into the phone.
