I didn't want to be apart of yet another thing. Sounds pretentious, but it's true. I'm apart of various other online communities, so it felt like a chore to join this one (which I did at the request of my friends). I'm sort of glad I did though, b/c now I can view more info on students at my school and in my programs. And there aren't very many communities/groups, which are always fun to create.
My school email is stupid. they couldn't fit my entire last name on there so they cut off the last two letters, which bugs me for some reason, haha. Whatever, it actually looks better than my real last name.
Anyway, I was looking at other students' email addresses and almost everyone else has their entire last name in theirs, and some have a number 2 or 3 beside b/c they are the second/third person to have their name at the school. Yup, I'm sure everyone knows this already.
