word, unfit!!
A good friend of mine writes medical publications...ok, he smokes as well, but he has written some very interesting facts on smokers and non-smokers or quitters (who really don't want to quit)... (it's in Dutch..but i might just look it up..)
In general, smoking can be very healthy for some people's mental state... but there's a long, but interesting story to it...
