I used to work in screen printing, all our shirts where hand done and depending on how many colors you want thats the best way to go but it you want 4-8 colors registered find someone with a machine screen press it will save someone local alot of headaches and in the long run probably be cheaper.
always check out jaxprints and other well establisted people online if you dont know or cant find someone local.
