won't even comment to the nuke suggestion....but I imagine there are more places in the world wanting us gone....
As for the office space, it's all $$. Even though there is no demand for it....it's sad and furhter example of the absurd motivation for things here in the US, especially when it comes to something of this magnitude.
Personally I hope it doesnt get built and we have another competition. It's possible, considering what a fiasco this has been and the horrible job Childs and SOM have done (and yeah, they, uh, had nothing to do with teh competition - acutally dropped out because they knew they woudl be hired later - fucking crazy).
