    "regular" global warming cycle

    ^ huh?

    my understanding is that the hurricane cycle is caused by the ocean currents, like el nino...

    there is a very good case to be made that global warming (man made co2/methane) is having a drastic effect on polar regions today (+ 2 or 3 degrees) ....but hurricanes?

    now, fifty or a hunderd years down the road? there is a possibilty, even a strong possibilty many major costal cities will see this kind of flooding...
