jazx i've only read half this thread, but i hope the good folkds of nt made you ssee the light.
This mayor has been shouting for funds for the levee for years. He was told it'd have to wait as homeland security is more important.
The below the line income people were told to evacuate, they had to head to the dome building and await buses. Buses which never came. They are still there.
What chances do tens of tousands of people have of 'hitchiking' out of a city thats evacuating.
Why dont the africans hitch hike out of your beloved africa?
