but look, come on, you can't point fingers, that Hurricane was coming through and bashing that region and there wasn't much anyone could do about it. they live in a basin

(Sep 2 05, 08:30)well, we can easily point fingers. the feds cut the budget several times so i read on plans to strengthen levees and other related structures.
i guess Bush needed some money to relief the rich and to throw some bombs on Baghdad.
