you have to think that most of the people who stayed behind, only stayed behind to loot the city blind all 20,000 of them can't focus on the evacuation problem with the city is being robbed as it is.

Right. Cause that's what those people do, right? I'm sure the scores of elderly rotting in the sun thought they could augment they're Social Security checks this month by staying behind and looting. Those old fuckers, always scheming to rip off the good US taxpayers..
