IB Profin. Go ask your doctor to prescribe 600 mgs over the phone. it is 100mgs stronger than what you can buy over the counter. It'll knock your fever out better than any tylenol can.
cold rag on the head at night. wet a hand cloth and put it in the freezer.
stay away from super hot (as in temperature) foods. its summer, don't bundle up. close your windows at night don't let the draft in while you sleep.
