while bored waiting for food with my mom as a toddler she used to give me napkins and pens to draw with. since then my life has taken an artistic route, and one day a psychologist asked me what i wanted to be when i grew up. i had never thought of it before, but i had heard of something called "graphic arts" and it sounded fun, so that's what i said.

around 18 i stumbled on some design websites including evilpupil, superbad, vr2l, and tripped out on how abstract and artistic they were. here were websites with no real intent except to be pieces of art, so i taught myself javascript, html, photoshop, and flash and started making experimental websites of my own. weird flash installations, etc. i started using these new skills to design websites for clients as well. i did that for a couple years.

after discovering an obsession with designing packages for cds 'n' shit i decided print was the way to go. my roommate just graduated from a design school. i went there, took the tour, fell in love with all the mad pussy and art scene going on, and quickly signed up.

i took an internship at the ad agency i work at now, where i combine a passion of video games and movies to create film and game posters, magazine ads, billboards, pop displays etc.
