Nottingham also had "packages" exploded at the weekend and part of the city centre was cordened off last night!

Not to start spreading rumours but my cousin is a rozzer (I know, the shame) in Essex and they were put on standby on wednesday for a 'large scale incident' in Central London.
I've heard the same from friends of friends in the Ambulances too.
Could be bullshit, could be this alerts happen every week, but it made my blood run cold...
