The singer Beth put out a solo CD a few months ago. It's not much like portishead. It's more focuse on the vocals.
Portishead is supposed to put out a CD later this year. Geoff Barrow had reportedly been working on the CD in Australia but it's been a long time overdue.
Sorry I really have nothing too informative to add.
except that if it does come out I hope it is better than other recent down-tempo releases such as morcheeba and massive attacks latest efforts.
