yeah, actually, in my humble opinion, why that shit is now flooded over hong kong is because of the government's slow reaction and underestimate of the sickness.
plus, the first index cases was happen in china in the last Nov, that means nearly half a year ago, they hide it, they even still hide it now, the chinese government said they will cooperate with the WHO (which they didn't before) by releasing the figures of how many folks are transmitted and how many folks are dead.
but till now we still haven't heard a word from them...
this is typical chinese bureaucracy.
