So what if the next signup used some sort of php/mysql set up,
or flash/xmllike the people that signup, their info is written to a db or xml file and they can adjust it if need be.
the info from all of the signee's is then written to a secure page we all get a password to. it will list all the names and mail addys.
that way everyone does not get an email everytime someone has a change.
and on the final day to mail out, we all just nab the addys from the same list.
the good lord didnt bless me with these innernet skills, but maybe i can get with people to make it happen? hint,hint,nudge,nudge...
