fake, the developer mac intel has not been delivered yet so this would have to be a leak from apple, why now when it has been in development for the past 5 years?
and no way this fits in some conspiracy strategy idea. Apple makes cash on hardware the prevention of installing OS X on any PC must have been key priority when they started on that version.
it isn't even that hard Microsoft's biggest pain is having to support -all- pc hardware, Apple can just make OS X rely on some custom mainboard chipset and it won't work without any hardcore hacking
