The Muscular Dystrophy Association (San Diego chapter) has its Annual "Stride & Ride" Walk. Proceeds will help those suffering from incurable muscular diseases.
I'm a graphic designer who has been dealing with the effects of a nueromuscular disease (similar to ALS). I donate some of my time to help with awareness for the MDA.
