Does anyone know the artist who painted the concentric circles on the waterway lock (in the North of England I think) where you can only view the circles from a certain angle. Anyone have any visuals?

Just looking at some photography sites, and was wondering what you all thought about how many photos an artist should show? How many are too many? For an example, some artists here have 70 and others have almost 200.
