dream machine Apr 17, 08, 4:56 p.m.
i made one of these a few years ago and used it daily for a few weeks. you don't really "dream" but instead see incredible patterns and shapes. if you relax and let your mind wonder enough the shapes eventual take shape to form complex objects. very weird and fun.
anyone else ever used one of these?

Canadian Photographic Copyright Mar 12, 08, 11:51 a.m.
"Who is the author of a photograph determines who owns the copyright in the photograph. Generally, the author is the first owner of the copyright in a work. This is true for photographs with some exceptions. The Copyright Act provides that where a photograph is commissioned the copyright belongs to the person who orders the photograph."

Say someone wanted to use a William Morris Pattern in a print/poster. Can they do that? He's been dead for eons and the firm he worked for closed thier doors prior to WW2.
BTW I'm not the "someone". I don't design. Don't know how. I just find it interesting that they could do this and was wondering what the mighty PVN thought of this.
