Music that's bittersweet

I'm feeling a bit melon-collie, sometimes music is like adding salt to the wound, and i seem to love dwelling in the pain sometimes... share some of your favorites. no language barriers!

Brad Pitt Rocks!

i love it when people get off their high horse and use their public voice as a tool for positive outcome. pretty impressive and inspiring. plus those architectural designs are VERY cool.
i'd vote for the guy, no doubt! lolz

APOCALYPTO

mel, you are fkn great...

possibly the best movie i have seen in a while... maybe a little exaggerated in the whole citadel scene but for the most part. it was amazing.

it really gives you a perspective on how indigenous people around the world, even to this day are ravaged and mistreated.

well done.

Pan's Labyrinth

"El Laberinto del Fauno" correct translation being: "The Fauns Labyrinth"
Anyone check it out? it's pretty creepy and cruel..but with amazing visuals and a very good story... pretty cool.

Targets illegal alien costume

deserves it's own thread...

utterly unbelievable!.. as a review already reads; "A costume to mock the least empowered among us?"

http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/41Ts57eJg4L._SL228_.jpg

apparently it's not getting the reviews it thought it would...

another NASA cover up

FORMER NASA astronaut and moonwalker Dr. Edgar Mitchell - a veteran of the Apollo 14 mission - has stunningly claimed aliens do exist.

Interesting radio interview...

Photo wall mounting ideas

Hi people, I'm having a photo exhibit next weekend and I'm still debating how to hang my work. I can't afford to frame the images, so I'm looking for alternate ways.

I have a few 11x14 prints and some are 12x18.
No boarders so gallery pins are out of the question and yes I will be doing this myself.

Anyone out there with ideas? links to samples very appreciated. thnx! :)

? Formatting 1.5T

I started formatting an external hard drive last night and the darn thing is still not done! did i break it? or is this normal? i know it's a big drive. I'm not big on the tech part.. any idea? should i start over? do something else? throw it out the window? any help much appreciated. :)

btw I'm running it on a Mac Pro OS 10.4.11 dual-core Intel. and it's connected by USB 2.0 because my firewire connector is not working properly. thnx.
