Can anyone recommend a good starter theme for a one page scrolling HTML site? Just looking for something really basic that has the scroll functionality in place.

I'm looking to add a user registration process to a WordPress site. The user should be able to sign up for an account (a couple special fields will be needed on the sign up form). Then, users with accounts get access to certain pages on the site.

Is there a good simple solution for this out there? It seems easy - but having trouble finding a good plugin that does all this.

What is the best way to develop a WordPress site that needs to support two different languages?

I know there are some plugins out there that do it automatically. I also had a client suggest simply duplicating everything i.e. making copies of all the pages in the other language and then having a button switch between them.
