You're at a party and... May 21, 13, 9:33 p.m.
someone asks you:
"So, what do you do?"
What do you tell them? Does that answer vary depending on who is asking?
"Delays" (clause meaning) May 15, 13, 1:19 p.m.
What constitutes as a project delay?
It's a clause in all of our contracts. For me it means no response for a certain amount of time. My clause has 45 business days which is giving them a whole lot of time to "delay"... but does it also mean that the deadline has been passed (for them to print or launch or whatever) and they are STILL making revisions, when you are not billing hourly but @ a cap?
