Strict vs Transitional? Oct 1, 08, 1:48 a.m.
Sorry if this is a re-post but i looked at the filter and couldn't find a definitive answer (and please forgive my naivety on the subject).
I am currently creating a new website and I am split between the two Doctypes. With me being relatively new to this I feel Iwant to start as I mean to go on. From what I get from sites such as W3 Schools they say that you should use strict to make a site "future proof" but the feeling I get from the filter here is that people prefer transitional.
Which Doctype do people recommend a newbie like me to use, XHTML Strict or Transitional and what are the main reasons for your choice?
I give up... Jul 22, 08, 9:11 a.m.
I've just been asked to design a christmas album where the front cover has five santas on it, all with different artists' heads.
There will be a Frank Sinatra santa, Bing Crosby santa etc....
College gave me such high hopes and now it's come to this *sigh*
Coming to New York Feb 8, 08, 3:25 a.m.
Hey everyone,
I'm coming to New York in a couple of weeks, anything worth doing other than the usual Empire State etc?
