http://mckinney.com just launched. Designed for touch first. CSS3 transitions are hardware accelerated on iPad/iPhone and they don't suck on Android (can't access the GPU on those or we woulda). If anybody has a windows 7 mobile device I'd love to know if/how the swipe functions work.
