I have some photos from a website that I need to dynamically display on a Monitor behind a receptionist desk in a lobby. We want the photo feed to dynamically up when someone uploads a new photo to the website.

I can do this in Flash (Full Screen App)
I can do this with a browser and jQuery.

Is there a better way of accomplishing this?

Does any one have any comments on some of the graphing/ charting libraries for jQuery? Any recommendations?

My only requirements that it needs to be jQuery since that's our preferred library. obviously it could be just HTML5/CSS3...

We are in the need of a Image Management Server. What do you guys use. We have about 500 Gigs of Images that we need stored on a server. Space is not an issue, we have a SAN. The kicker is we need a way of tagging the images, rating them; and searching on this data.

What if any do you guys use for Images?
