Suggestions:
1) Each member should only post 1 photo of themselves, not of anyone else.

2) Your photo should have your face visible, hopefully only of yourself, so there is no confusions.

3) Avoid adding artwork/ typework/ graphics.

4) You can only post 1 photo, so make sure is recent!

5) Everyone can comment on the photos as many times as you want, let's keep it civilized, no insults!

6) Please, no penis, no boobs, no ass, no lol cats, no fails, or anything like that, just a photo of yourself. If you don't want to show us your photo, then don't but keep it clean!

This is a bit of a long story - but it's funny, kind of, i think... whatever.

I've been dating this guy for a little over a month. He's 26, still wanting to be in college type of guy. Not mister forever, but fun to be around right now. Anyways, last week he went to the CU v. WV game on Thursday night, skipped work the next day, partied hardy with his college buds (reliving the good ol' college days). He calls me Friday when I get off work...

Him: Hey
Me: What's up? How was the game last night? Congrats on the win.
Him: Yeah it was great. We were up till 5AM, ate at Denny's for breakfast, it was an epic night.
Me: Yeah? (because he's sort of sounding down) What's wrong? You guys won...
Him: I have something I need to tell you.
Me: Yeah?
Him: Cody and I bought a hooker last night
Me:.... what? Where did you find a hooker in Boulder?
Him: b....b... but, we didn't sleep with her or nothing, we just paid her to juggle.
Me: What? W-What does that cost?
(his story continues... blah blah blah, etc, etc)
Me: (perturbed) yeah, so I guess the night was EPIC, huh?
Him: (laughing) it would be if it was true, right?

WTF?!

Needless to say, we're not dating any longer :)

Photographer's Spam Mail Apr 1, 09, 7:49 a.m.

Considering everyone knows everyone - I'm going to cover up the names in this just to avoid drama. However, this is a true story! Happened to my coworker this morning.

Yesterday we were contacted by a photographer through an email blast in which we did not voluntarily sign up for. Getting these spam email blasts has been a problem in our office and we've been trying to stop them at the source. He on the other hand took a different approach. Below is his response to the photographer's email then his response back. Enjoy.

Why would anyone ever choose a photographer who uses spam mail as a form of advertisement?

If your photography was any good at all...you wouldn’t have to lower yourself to the same level as fraudulent penis enlargers.

Reevaluate what you’re doing. Realize where you’ve placed your credibility. Just a tip.

interesting, ....you must be a very frustrated man, reading all of your below the belt insults , makes me want to forward it to some of my creative director friends and !! clients at BBH, mc cann, saatchi and publicis.

i dont think they will share your enthusiasm in insulting good talent ... and you would be on a blacklist in seconds by the way.....

actually i do have contracts with VOGUE , the most prestigious magazine out there,and not because i hit the party-scene,.... i actually have never even met these people, and still work for them on a regular basis, because exactly of my work.

solely introduced through exactly this way of communication,....email only ....

but may be you dont understand this out there in the hills....in no-where land.....

and may be thats why you are not in new york, but out there in the middle of no-thingness.....competing with nobody....being frustrated ,....insulting other people over email...

you wouldn't survive a week here with your way of talking to people ....

you are off the list, as i said , and i will remember your name .....for sure

may be one day we will meet in new york,since we always meet twice in life.... and hell i will remember your insults ....

Relocating to Toronto Jan 13, 10, 8:17 p.m.

Hey Torontonians,

I'm curious what are nice, decent, safe, and lesser expensive areas to look for housing in downtown... the job is at Dufferin St & Liberty St. I'll most likely have some soft of metro pass, but I wouldn't mind being able to walk or bike to work. I would like to be close to some sort of park or dog park... if possible.

I'm casually scanning craigslist looking at prices, but not really knowing what I'm looking at....

I'm trying to find something that's $800 all inclusive with utilities (optimally)...

I'm looking for a pair of flat, stylish, athletic shoes - they don't need to be performance shoes (ie. I'm not using them for running/training)

it's been an up and down week for sure

elections went favorably I felt, work has been fairly busy this week - which is positive and hopeful

then last night got in a car accident, split scalding hot soup on myself, didn't sleep well

get me a beer already!
