Vistaprint, never again! The worst print results I've ever seen. They even managed to ad special white ink drop and smear effects (yerp)...

Can anyone recommend a good quality/price online canadian printer for business cards, poster, rack cards and such?

I've been commissioned to create a web interface a few months ago. The client wanted it quickly and cheep, 4-5 hours max to get an idea. (I was hoping he'd continue the whole site afterwards etc.)

Once I sent the mockup, he requested the psd to make his own changes and updates, assuming I'll have to update afterwards... my guess was that he was happy turning it into is own ugly sh*t.

I was paid a joke for this... now he wants all the fonts I used saying was paid to provide all the creative source etc.

Do you provide all fonts used or other creative source assets (swf->fla) usually?

There's not a whole lot on restaurant menu layouts, typography and concept out there.
Anyone ever got commissioned for this type of print project before?
