Has anyone here designed and then hired someone to install wall decals .. specifically type.

I'm concerned I don't know enough about it .. are there higher quality materials I should look at using? How do they go about installing them? Do I need to be there to stand over their shoulder and say about the tracking/leading?

I'm looking for a photo example of a rubberized, domed logo to present to sell in this newfangled idea of mine. I know I've seen them on backpacks but can't recall a brand name and have searched '3d domed, beveled, rubber, logo' and can't find what I'm looking for.

Anyone know of a brand offhand that uses this?

It would look something like the clear logo but in a half circle 3d beveled kind of rubbery thing.

If you were designing a site (corporate) and wanted it to still be current in two years what kind of angle would you consider taking?

Thoughts so far:
embrace the vertical (no longer a fold issue) – taking a lead from the fact that people are naturally scrolling vertically on their smart phones.

greater visual impact and story telling but with necessary content available but somewhat hidden behind on-click items.
